KANSAS — Vance Brothers Construction Company will begin chip-sealing the pavement on most county roads in the northwest quarter of the county tomorrow morning. County public works director Jim Haag says the work will begin on Labette Road and part of Eisenhower Road and crews will work northwest. Haag asks motorists to be careful of work crews and obey flaggers and signals in the work zones.
