OTTAWA — Another court hearing has been set at Sept. 11 in Franklin County District Court for Terry Gibson, Jr. Gibson has been charged with aggravated robbery in connection with a robbery in the China Palace Restaurant parking lot on July 11. Three teenagers have also been charged in connection with the robbery.
