OTTAWA — The case against accused killer Kyle Flack of Ottawa continues inching along. District Judge Thomas Sachse has granted a request by prosecutors that allows analysts more leeway in conducting DNA testing of evidence in the murder trial of Flack. Flack has been charged with the murders of Andrew Stout, Steven White, Kaylie Bailey, and Lana Bailey near Richter. The next status hearing is set for Oct. 17. The preliminary hearing has been moved back to next March.
