OSAWATOMIE — The former superintendent of the Osawatomie State Hospital has been reappointed to the Kansas Behavioral Health Services Planning Council by Gov. Sam Brownback. Wes Cole was an employee at the state hospital for 38 years and continues to volunteer at the facility. The planning council is actively involved in planning, evaluating, and advising state government officials regarding Kansas’ mental health services.
