OTTAWA – An Ottawa woman is in the franklin county jail on multiple charges. 20 year old Ashley Woltje was pulled over late Thursday night on a traffic violation, but authorities also arrested her for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphanelia, as well as a minor in possesion charge, and transporting an open container.
