OTTAWA — A bridge on Old Highway 59 just north of the Franklin County line has been closed. The bridge over the west fork of Tauy Creek in Douglas County will be replaced, the Kansas Department of Transportation said. KDOT said the bridge replacement is scheduled to be completed next spring.
