OTTAWA — Ottawa’s new school superintendent is wasting no time in finding out what needs to be done to improve school facilities. During a school board meeting Monday night, Dr. Jeanne Stroh said she’s been meeting with school site councils and parents to get a feel for what improvements are needed at local schools. Depending on what feedback is received, a new bond proposal could be forthcoming sometime in the next several months, she said.
