OTTAWA — ECKAN says its Franklin County Center at the Don Woodward Center in Ottawa is experiencing phone system difficulties today. If you are unsuccessfully trying to reach the Franklin County cCenter for help with services such as the food pantry, call the ECKAN central office at 785-242-7450. ECKAN’s Richard Jackson said he hopes to have the problem solved soon.
