BALDWIN — The Baldwin School Board has picked a Kansas City company to buy and redevelop the school district’s surplus Chapel Street properties. Tony Krsnich and Landmark Development was one of two bidders for the property. The company plans to redevelop of the old Middle School, south gymnasium and surrounding campus in the 700 block of Chapel Street. Board members tell the Baldwin City Signal they had difficulty in deciding on the best bidder and picked the Kansas City company because it offered more for the property. That company offered $90,000.
