OTTAWA — A 31-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County Jail Friday night for criminal possession of a weapon, endangering a child and assault in connection with a domestic dispute in the 800 block of East 6th Street Friday night. Police Captain Adam Weingartner says a 22-year-old Ottawa woman reported she was threatened with a handgun. He says the woman left the residence with the child unharmed and called 911. Police contacted John Owczarski as he exited the house. Weingartner says officers and detectives received a search warrant for the home and recovered several firearms. Owczarski was booked into the jail.
