WELLSVILLE — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department says a 42-year-old Wellsville woman reported her 16-year-old daughter damaged their home in the 4400 block of Stafford Road near Wellsville Thursday and left with a knife and a family vehicle. The teen was later picked up by deputies at her grandmother’s house.
