OTTAWA–The Ottawa Municipal Airport has someone to run the airport full time. Hawkeye Helicopters of Ottawa will be a Fixed Base Operator, and will run various business activities at the airport. A portion of profits would go toward the airport reserve fund.Wed. Oct 2. 10:30 pm
