OTTAWA – The Ottawa Municipal Airport has secured a full-time management company. The city commission has approved a contract with Hawkeye Helicopters of Ottawa to be what is called an f-b-o or a fixed base operator. Ottawa City Attorney Bob Bezik says giving flight lessons to new pilots will be among the business activities at the airport.
