PRINCETON — The Patriots Bank in Princeton alerted the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office of several check forgeries involving a customer this week. The bank reported that a 25-year-old Moran man stole several checks from his grandmother, a 78-year-old Garnett woman, and cashed them in several different places in Garnett as well as Princeton. The total loss is estimated at nearly $1,200.
