OTTAWA — The Ottawa Volunteer Center is offering volunteer manager training called “Keeping Volunteers Engaged over Time.” It’s the final Kansas Volunteer Commission training event this year. The training is free and open to volunteers and volunteer managers. The session is the morning of November 7 at Maceli’s in Lawrence.
