OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office received three theft reports Tuesday. A 23-year-old Pomona man reported his 42-year-old girlfriend has been forging his name on his checks to get money and pay for services over the last several months. He estimated the loss at $380. A 37-year-old Wellsville woman reported a 1971 Yamaha Endura dirt bike was stolen from her property in the 4700 block of Thomas Road just east of Wellsville. A 67-year-old Pomona woman reported a diamond ring valued at $3,000 was stolen from her house in the 600 block of Hoover Street in Pomona.
