GARNETT — A group of professional ghost hunters will be the guest speakers for the Friends of the Garnett Public Library annual meeting Monday night at 7. Members of Kansas City Paranormal Investigators will discuss ghosts, haunted places and cases that they’ve investigated. They’ll also talk about investigative techniques and try to explain the world of unexplained phenomenon They hunted for ghosts in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Iowa. Due to the nature of some of the content, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
