OTTAWA — Two Ottawa men were booked into the Franklin County jail Saturday in connection with an incident that Ottawa police call road rage in the 1700 block of South Princeton Street. The two men were driving alongside each other, when one brandished Air-Soft gun, a realistic-looking model gun that shoots plastic BBs, police said. The other driver saw the gun, and thinking it was real, turned his vehicle into the other vehicle, causing a crash along the side of the road, police said. James Montgomery IV, 28, was booked into the jail for aggravated battery, and Branson Orr, 19, was booked for aggravated assault. The crash closed the street for a couple of hours.
