WELLSVILLE — The Franklin County Commission could revoke the special use permit for a Wellsville area business. County planner director Larry Walrod told commissioners yesterday that Robbie Stewart, who owns a RV renovation and sales business, hasn’t met the conditions of a special use permit issued by the county a year ago. Walrod said the business has yet to meet sewage and sanitation rules, doesn’t have a drinking water supply and doesn’t meet electrical and building codes. Sales have lagged and Stewart hasn’t had the money to make the changes. The business is in a converted farm storage building on the west edge of Wellsville. Walrod said the owner will likely move his RV inventory for now but try to get another special use permit for the building later.
