OTTAWA–After much disputing, the city of Ottawa and Franklin County have come to a one year agreement for operating the 911 Call Center. The city did not get a reduction in the 50% part it pays for the center, but it did get cleared of having any liability for dispatch operations of the center since the city does not employ anyone at the Call Center.
