OTTAWA — A preliminary hearing for an Ottawa man accused of stabbing another has been scheduled for Nov. 25 in Franklin County District Court. Ferris Fuller has been charged with aggravated battery in connection with a Sept. 21 knife attack that sent Cameron Hartman of Ottawa to Overland Park Regional Medical Center. A suspect fled the house where the stabbing occurred, prompting a city-wide search. Fuller was arrested in the area during the search.
