OTTAWA–The Ottawa City Commission will hold at least one public hearing in January to get more public input on whether Pit Bulls should be allowed in town. City Commissioners were told at their regular Study Session that Pit Bulls are not inherently aggressive, but it depends on whether they are properly taken care of.
