APPANOOSE — An 81-year-old Pomona man reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office Tuesday afternoon that someone stole his son’s ATV from his barn in the 4400 block of Arkansas Road near Appanoose. A separate ATV was also damaged. The estimated loss is unknown until his son can be contacted, the sheriff’s department said.
