OTTAWA–A motion by Franklin County Attorney Stephen Hunting to subpoena certain business and mental health records in the murder case of Kyle Flack was withdrawn after objections by Ron Evans, Flack’s Attorney. However, the State is still wanting to do DNA testing on several items of evidence. Another hearing in the case is scheduled December 20. Flack is accused of killing Kaylie Bailey, Lana Bailey, Andrew Stout, and Steven White near Richter.
