OTTAWA — The men in black are now men in white and orange courtesy of the Ottawa Police Department. Patrol officers spotted two men in black behind the northern Dairy Queen in the 100 block of North Main Street, Capt. Adam Weingartner said. Officers found tools that would be handy for burglaries, he said. Investigators also examined video from surveillance cameras and it appeared the two had been casing potential targets, he said. Colton Sobba, 20, Ottawa, and Joel Sobba, 27, Ottawa, were booked into the Franklin County jail on two counts of suspicion of burglary each.
