OTTAWA — A 19-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail Saturday afternoon on suspicion of rape and sodomy. Kyle Caitlin was taken into custody in connection with a report to Ottawa police by a 14-year-old Ottawa girl that she had been raped by someone she knew.
