STANTON — An area along Turkey Creek Road south of Wellsville just inside the Miami County line has been out of power since mid-morning today. One person living in the area reports several houses have been without power at least four hours. He said he contacted KCP&L’s reporting line and he said the recorded message says the company is aware of the problem. The company’s computerized map of outages doesn’t include any areas in Miami County.
