OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said a black 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix was stolen from Hansen’s Used Cars in the 2700 block of Kingman Road south of Ottawa sometime before Friday morning. The loss was estimated at $3,500.
