OTTAWA — A hearing for an Ottawa man involved in a dragnet has been postponed until Jan.15 in Franklin County District Court. Justin Wheeler has been charged with two counts of battery and one count of criminal restraint in connection with a domestic dispute north of Ottawa in January. After a 19-year-old woman fled from his home to a neighbor’s and told deputies that he was armed, deputies surrounded the home but he avoided the ring. Wheeler was captured on foot by Ottawa police near the golf course later in the day.
