OTTAWA — A preliminary hearing will be Feb. 14 in Franklin County District Court for an Ottawa man who was one of four people charged with robbing the China Palace Restaurant owner earlier this year. Terry Gibson, Jr., has been charged with aggravated robbery in connection with the robbery in the restaurant parking lot July 11. The owner received injuries during the robbery. Three teenagers have also been charged in connection with the robbery.
