TOPEKA – Despite the winter storm that blasted the area and much of the Midwest this weekend, Topeka’s new non-stop flight to Chicago took wind Wednesday. United Express will fly 50-passenger regional jets from Topeka Regional Airport, which is the former Forbes Field, to Chicago O’Hare Airport twice a day.
