At this morning’s reorganizatioal meeting, Franklin County commissioners re-electe Steve Harris as commission chair for another year. Harris said he’ll continue emphasize economic development as a way to bring in more businesses and industries and expand the tax base over the long-term. Colton Waymire was re-elected vice chair. The commissioners also opted to maintain their study session and regular meeting times of Monday and Wednesday mornings.
