OTTAWA — A 43-year-old Ottawa man told the Franklin County Sheriff’s office he saw a black SUV leaving his property in the 1300 block of East 15th Street shortly before midnight Sunday night. The sheriff’s office said the SUV drove through a wrought iron gate and turned onto 15th Street, causing approximately $,3500 in damage.
