LANE — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department received a report Monday that three dogs in the 4300 block of John Brown Road north of Lane were malnourished, neglected and possibly ill. The sheriff’s office said a deputy and veterinarian went to check the report and found three dogs suffering from mange and malnutrition.
