TOPEKA — The National Weather Service office in Topeka has announced its annual series of training sessions for severe storm spotters and the public. Among the sessions, Feb. 25 at Celebration Hall in Ottawa. The Garnett session will be March 6 at the North Lake Park community building. The Osage County session will be March 13 in the Lyndon High School auditorium. The Douglas County session will be March 25 at South Middle School in Lawrence. All sessions will be at 7 p.m.
