POMONA — Five people have filed for the three Pomona City Council positions open this spring. The three incumbents – Richard Adler, Rick Smith and Dan Keith – filed for re-election, Franklin County County Clerk Janet Paddock said. They’re being challenged by Billy Lloyd and Jerry Slavens. Pomona is holding the only city elections in franklin county this year.
