OTTAWA — The Ransom Memorial Hospital board of trustees will hold a special meeting 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in hospital Conference Room “A” to discuss the search for a new chief executive officer. Long-time hospital CEO Larry Felix has announced his retirement at the end of February.
