RICHTER — A 54-year-old Pomona man reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office Saturday that someone stole his 2003 Harley Davidson Electra Blide motorcycle from the 1700 block of Pawnee Road northeast of Richter. The stolen Harley was valued at $7,000.
