OTTAWA — The Bark Park, the dog park in Forest Park, will open soon, and the Ottawa City Commission discussed how to pay for the upkeep and maintenance Monday. Wynndee Lee, city planning and codes director and a member of the group who raised funds for the park, said she’s discussed finances and donations. The planning department is also working with bark park supporters on drawing up rules for the park, she said.
