OTTAWA — Because of the heating and air-conditioning project at the Franklin County courthouse, the front desk of the appraiser’s office has relocated to the 2nd floor of the courthouse across from the elevator. The change will be in effect for the next 4 to 6 weeks, County Appraiser Philip Dudley said. The office phone number remains the same at 229-3420. Mapmaker Roy Baker has moved to the northeast corner of the third floor in the old CASA office.
