MELVERN — The Kansas Department of Transportation has closed one lane of north-bound I-35 in Osage County to repair a landslide. The project is one-and-a-half miles northeast of the Coffey-Osage county line, at Coal Creek. Bettis Asphalt & Construction, Topeka, is doing the repair work. Weather permitting, the work should be completed by the fall.
