OTTAWA — Two Ottawa women reported break-ins of their homes to police Sunday. A 34-year-old woman reported someone broke into her home in the 100 block of West 10th and stole items. A 24-year-old woman reported a burglary and theft at her home in the 600 block of South Sycamore. In another incident, a 37-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone damaged her door at her home in the 600 block of East Ninth early Sunday morning. Ottawa police booked Steven Lawson, 22, Ottawa; into the Franklin County jail for suspicion of trespassing, pedestrian under the influence of alcohol, criminal damage and having a illegal weapon in connection with that incident.
