GARNETT — The steel frame of the new Anderson County Hospital in Garnett has been completed and construction workers are working on the exterior of the new building.
During a brief ceremony to recognize the landmark in the construction process, more than 75 area kindergarteners and high school seniors signed the final beam.
The new $24 million hospital is expected to be completed within the estimated 18-month time-frame sometime this fall. 10:24 a.m. Saturday March 22
