OTTAWA — Ottawa students will have to stay at school just a little longer this spring because of the need to make up snow days. The Ottawa school board approved a recommendation by Supt. Jeannie Stroh to have students attend a full day May 9 and a half-day the morning of May 15. The afternoon of May 15 and the morning of May 16 will be a teacher work-day, she said.
