POMONA — In the only election in Franklin County Tuesday, five candidates are seeking three seats for the Pomona City Council. Incumbent council members Richard Adler, Dan Keith and Rick Smith; are being challenged by Billy Lloyd and Jerry Slavens. Franklin County Clerk Janet Paddock said it’s difficult to guess what the turnout will be but the race has been lively and that might draw a respectable number of voters.
