LYNDON — A 20-year-old Omaha man will serve more than three years in state prison in connection with a traffic accident that killed a 29-year-old Holton woman near Carbondale last year. Daniel Martin was sentenced Monday to serve 41 months, Osage County Attorney Brandon Jones said. Martin was convicted in January of involuntary manslaughter while driving under the influence. When Martin wrecked his vehicle, killing Tasha Arketa, his blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.13 with three hours of the wreck, Jones said.
