OTTAWA — An Ottawa man has pleaded no contest to robbery as part of a plea deal in conjunction with the robbery of the China Palace owner in the restaurant’s parking lot last year. Terry Gibson, Jr., will be sentenced in Franklin County District Court may 5. The owner received minor injuries as a result of the robbery. Three teenagers were also charged in connection with the robbery.
