OTTAWA — An Ottawa man was sentenced Monday in Osage County District Dourt to 16 months in state prison. Jarrod Roy, 45, was convicted early of attempted felony theft for trying to steal a truck and tractor from the Ottawa area in January, Osage County Attorney Brandon Jones said.
