OTTAWA — Three Ottawa teens have been booked into the Franklin County jail in connection with the burglary at the south Dairy Queen, at 1444 S. Main, sometime before Sunday morning. Joseph Rodriguez, 18, Robert Cowan, 19, and Brian Carlson, 19; were booked for suspicion of burglary, theft and criminal damage to property Monday. A safe with money was taken from the Dairy Queen, Cap. Adam Weingartner said.
