OTTAWA — Franklin County Development Council has been trying to create a new industrial park. The county and city have offered to pay some of the legal costs of buying new land for the proposed industrial park. The county and city commissioners will meet with FCDC officials 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at city hall for what will be mostly executive session to discuss land acquisitions for a new industrial park.
